Mission
Statement:
Our
mission is to provide reliable, sustainable and affordable
technology services in a timely, fair and professional manner. We
are committed to meeting the needs of all users by equipping and
supporting the Snoqualmie Tribe with quality resources in
technology. We are constantly seeking to improve and implement
appropriate hardware and software for the benefit of the Snoqualmie
Tribe. We are always striving to enhance all aspects of technology
through teaching, learning, service and understanding. Above all, we
aspire to foresee future needs and use technology to develop and
enrich the abilities of our end users with integrity
Member Benefits:
IT offers to Tribal member’ computer services comparable to any
computer service provider, as well as recommendations for best
performance, upgrades, and general computer use. We can “tune up”
systems, clean up viruses, Trojans and worms. Most cases are no
cost, however we are only able to work on systems as time allows us
without compromising the IT needs of employees. We field help desk
equivalent phone calls and in most cases we are able to work on your
computer remotely through your internet connection. We can in most
cases convert documents via email. Send us the document via email
